"Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.!
Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly.

"Really enjoyed my stay. From start to end it was truly amazing and such a issue-free experience. The staff was all very kind, helpful and professional. Breakfast was a delight every morning and the pool in the afternoon was the cherry on top. The hotel is very charming and carries a relaxed feel. The location was by far my favourite in the whole island."

"The hob and oven didn't work. Rooms smelled of moulds. When complained, they said they will send maintenance to fix. But no one came."

"Staff at Ocean View are great. The hotel needs updating but is clean and room was good. However hotel swimming pool is closed and has been for some time. Also the hotel only does breakfast. We had booked to chill at the hotel use their restaurant and pool unfortunately this didn’t happen.
Just needs to update advertising so on knows what to expect.
View from room is fantastic which helped."

"The room was very clean but the shower had an ingrained floor, a broken tile on the shower step and broken grouting around skirting. The steam room hinges were so rusty that I was surprised they still held the door on and the jacuzzi was mostly peeled paint would not have liked to use it. The childrens play area consisted of one very worn swing and a dilapitated play shoe. The games had one worn pool table. This was for the use of 50 rooms.
