"So we had an excellent stay and enjoy our trip in general great service from the staff and great detail only couple of things I would recommend is the extraction fan in bathroom of our room was full of dust and when asked to make room up every day the lamps was not dusted and had dust on them when we arrived others a great place to stay and would definitely return "

"All members of staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation and facilities were in a very good condition though our room was in need of upgrading to match that of other rooms. Would have liked to have seen a working safe and a fridge in the room. Spa facilities were excellent as were the dining options with no shortage of food on offer.We had a three night stay and would have gladly stayed longer had we been able to. Will definitely return and recommend this establishment for...

"I enjoyed my stay in Llangefni. The Staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately at present I seem to be the target of a Hate Campaign locally. I am being lied about. There is nothing wrong with me. The cruelty is so bad I was physically sick Monday morning. Being able to stay somewhere to rest great. If I could I would stay again. By now money is an issue. "I stayed here in a family room with my partner, son and dog and we had a great time. Check-in was seamless. The owners greeted us so nicely and made such a fuss of my dog. Immediately a very warm and homely feel. We are already planning our return. 5* for everything apart from property condition/facilities as it is rather dated- HOWEVER, everywhere is spotless. "

"Absolutely beautiful outside space, a well kept garden with superb views over the Menai Strait. Room was lovely, very clean and well maintained; the bed was comfortable and we had a great balcony (again, with views over the Strait). The shower was ok, just about warm enough. The staff were friendly and the service was very good (special mention to Nathan, whether first thing at breakfast or serving us at the bar, unfailingly polite and on the ball). "Room wad lovely and full breakfast great"

"Our first time staying here. We were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the heads up on A55 problems and that there was a silent fan in our comfortable bedroom on one of the warmest days of the year. The evening meal and breakfast were very good too. We will be back."
