"Bueno si buscas una opción barata y en el centro de brian head. Ideal si vas a esquiar y ya. No esperes los grandes servicios, ni la gran limpieza. El hotel es algo viejo"

"The staff was friendly, doing their best with upgrades and construction. The cabinet upgrades and color schemes were nice. Electrical upgrades for phone chargers were a great improvement. I had two rooms. One of the rooms had a faulty heater that poured out cold air...the lamp nearest the hvac unit did not work. The soap dispenser in the bathrooms are too low and need to be brought up to near eye level! The mattress pads on the beds were horrible and need to be updated!"

"This place was great. They had maps to show all the activities close by. We would not have even explored some areas or known about them without that map!"

"Clean room. Front desk agent at check in was friendly and helpful. Down side, in the morning there was NO hot water. We called the front desk at 8am, they told us it will take awhile. It’s was close to check out so I took a cold shower. All I got from front desk agent was “sorry” with a smirky smile. Plus the noise from the contractors was loud.. so no sleeping in.."

"2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great."

"Room was very well appointed with sleek modern furnishings, large shower and nice bathroom area. Bed and bedding were clean and in new condition. The breakfast was standard continental buffet and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again in the future when visiting Brian Head."

"An okay experience but overall lacking. Check in took a bit as there was no one at the desk for a bit and when they arrived, they were not highly friendly. The room was okay and as promised with the number of beds and while the sleep was comfortable, overall the room was subpar with street noise quite evident through the experience. "Horrible place. Do not stay here. Smells bad, looks dirty and horrible customer service. They don’t have a front desk employee, you have to call someone else so they go over there and it can take them up to 20 minutes to get there. They didn’t tell me my room was changed because the heater was broke and they gave me a room with one bed even though I paid for a room with two beds. They ended up getting us a room in the hotel near that one. Even if it’s cheap I won’t recommend it at all. The...

"It felt like our room hadnt been used for a while. There was dust on the bed, dead bugs in corners, and the sink didnt drain well and had an old, standing water smell."
