"Received bug bites all over my arms and neck after staying here and tried to contact management for 5 days with no response each time. Also gnats all over the bathroom shower."

"Rooms were great. Kids loved the water park, it looked a little dated but was well taken care of. Fun time for the kids and water slides were great too. It was a nice little, fun getaway."

"The staff was very welcoming and available. We enjoyed a drink at the bar later in the evening. The bartender ensured we were happy with our drinks! The breakfast room was a long way from our room and there was a problem with the decaf coffee - a minor inconvenience. The pool was even further away but, we ended up with no extra time to swim anyway. Our rooms were comfortable and clean."

"Our room was very good but we had to clean out dressers drawers and food from the Fridge. from the last guest/ No one addressed this issue. Just said thank you for bringing it to the front desk/ Do not have enought handicap parking"

"Clean rooms easy check inn kind staff"

"In our room, the smoke detector flashed brightly all night long which was of course only noticeable with the lights out. The handle on the shower door was wobbly and should have been noticed by cleaning staff. The room design was odd. There was a Keurig-style coffee maker in the room which was snugged into a cube shaped bar area, except the height was so low you really couldn’t add water to the top of the Keurig without removing it. As if the designers had not tried to make a cup of coffee...

"This is a cool place. The lobby/bar/check-in area is hip and funky and inviting, no matter your age or any other demographic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar is open until 2 a.m. (unusual for a hotel bar in these parts) and the kitchen is open all night with a limited but appealing menu. The room was on the small side but was ultra-modern and nice. Handy location in the heart of downtown’s Old Market district. Street construction makes access to the parking ramp a bit of a pain right...

"Rooms were decent. Beds were hard and the pillows were flat. No elevators. Breakfast was small, coffee not very good. No waffles. Pretty small breakfast. Better off going down to the village inn, that has really good breakfast and reasonably priced."

"Great staff all the way around, wonderful morning breakfast served with a selection and plenty of room to dine. The hotel bar was excellent along with the lobby very well decorated and comfortable."

"As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!"

"The pool area is closed due to renovation but they have plenty of other spots on sight to meet and hangout. I loved the Pioneer bar and the bar tender makes great food and drinks of all kinds."

"Check in set the tone. The girl was the most unfriendly hospitality worker I’ve encountered. 0 welcome. 0 communication. Checked in and discovered our door was broken and dead bolt wouldn’t latch. Back to the desk. Unfriendly worker inconvenienced by this. We left to eat and came back to see if issue resolved. Again-she is inconvenienced. Hard to find positives when this person kills the vibe."
