"駅から徒歩で15分程で、ロケーション的にはまずまずではあるが、最悪の点は『水回りの設備があきれるほど汚い』所。排水能力が最低で、洗面台は水が溢れそうになるし、シャワールームは足元のバンに逆流してくるので、ヌルヌルとしていて気持ち悪いのはこの上ない。便座も便器とあっておらず、腰を浮かせて使わざるを得ない。室内設備としては、日本製のエアコンが有り、良好ではあるが、ハウスキーピング能力は最低レベルである。もう一つこのホテルとジョイントしており、ホテルの入り口にある中華料理レストランは、これで料金を取るのかと思うほど、とても食べられるようなものでない。もし再びこの地を訪れるようなことがあっても、決してこのホテルには泊まらない。"

"Hotel Jungfraublick was such a wonderful place to stay. While the walk up from the train station was a bit of a climb, it was absolutely worth it for the unmatched views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We had dinner at The Deck and loved both the food and the excellent service. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of great options to start the day, and it was so easy to head straight out from the hotel for a hike. We would definitely...

"Great location near the train station and near plenty of shopping. Staff was gracious enough to upgrade our room. Only thing was the paint was peeling in the shower. Other than that, nice hotel to stay in."

"The hotel and staff were great. We drove a car to the hotel… it was a little confusing on approaching the hotel. The road in front of the hotel looked closed so we went around the block a couple times until we noticed that you could drive to the check-in. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortably. Pillows were flat. Parking was easy once the staff explained where to park, Overall 5 star experience. "
