The actual dates of stay were changed or recorded inaccurately by the website, which necessitated that I change my reservation to new dates once I arrived. Terrible, terrible, terrible!"

"We had a short stay but enjoyed our time. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff also accommodated our stay so we could be closer to the elevator for my handicapped mother. The only part we were not happy with was the food. We ate at 9:30 in the morning and they were out of pancakes. Then were given burnt bacon and we never received our fruit order."

"The entrance was a little confusing. We tried to check in at the wrong building, but it was the building they were going to place. The Lobby for check-in was in the other building. We liked that they gave us a cold bottle of water and a granola bar. We enjoyed the gym after driving all day. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable. We wished there were some instructions for the tv. Also, the bathroom fan did not work and there were no hand towel racks or hooks."
