"Great breakfast, great staff "

"Excellent breakfast, beautiful landscape, great place for coffee lovers and folks looking for a getaway in Northern Ecuador."

"I had a very good experience all the staff was excellent and the environment was exceptional."

"A beautiful and friendly place."

"Nice and pleasent stay. Very clean rooms and excellent food"

"The gardens, the spa, the room, everything was beautiful. I really appreciated the service and how it was very personalized."

"The check-in was terrible. They didn’t accept a credit card. We had to pay in cash. The hotel is old. The location the worst. Drunk people outside at night, we had to call the police. Cotacachi is awesome but this hotel is the worst"
