"I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of heavy rain, most of the activities were canceled when we were there. The only details I think needs addressing is the lighting in the bathroom which is too dim, especially by the vanity. It’s not possible to put make up on or to shave adequately in such dim light. I believe this should be addressed to make your hotel near perfect!! Thank you 😊 "

"Excellent staff behaviour. Food is not much tasty. Approaching road to resort is very bad bad. Ambience very good. Any complaint is very prompt. In buffet system not much dishes is of North side. "

"The curtain rail fell on my head as soon as I got in. Soap dispenser broken. Swimming pool was good. Room dusty. Loud music playing on a beutiful area. Rang twice to get them to turn it down but went on u til 10 by which time the peace had gone and you get a good headache included in the price. Tryed to overcharge me for food that I didn’t have until I checked."

"It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. "
