"Das Personal war sehr nett. Und uns ist aufgefallen das wir schon einmal in einem Viajero Hotel am Miami Beach übernachtet hatten. Das Konzept dieser Hostelkette ist sehr aktiv, jung, man hat einige Commute Areas die sehr gut gepflegt sind. Außerdem gibt es tägliche Aktivitäten zum Socialisen. Es gibt geteilte Hostel Zimmer und private Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Wir hatten letzteres, dass Zimmer war großzügig und das Bad war sehr schön. Das Personal war locker und freundlich. "The whole property is simply beautiful. It is a vineyard and winery (pisco distillery really) “old hacienda” turned into a hotel. The building (hotel, rooms, restaurant, gym, chapel, distillery) is all in the vineyard. Some rooms overlook the vineyard (gorgeous). The staff is friendly and professional. Food was delicious (local and international dishes. The pool is perfect. "

"The staff was courteous and helpful but the water wasn’t really hot in the shower, there are no screens on the windows, there was loud music from the restaurant I had to request to be turned down, there were leaves and a dead bug in the shower. It was just a lot to pay for not what I would expect."

"A basic hotel, but had a good sleep. Breakfast not served until after 7am, told them we were leaving at 6:15am and was informed that they would have a breakfast to go at 6:15. At 6:20 no one was around, so no breakfast, which was upsetting as nowhere was open to get anything. We would go back."

"I don't normally do bad reviews and stay in hotels around 30/40 nights a year. Other than the location and pool this experience was very poor. The WiFi is not suitable for video calls or streaming. The Aircon doesn't lower the temperature effectively at all which for a hot place makes sleeping very hard. The water is a trickle and doesn't run hot which is okay after a hot day in the dunes but reflects poorly on the hotel. When arriving and paying by card a 5% fee is levied which isn't written...
