"The room was beautiful with spectacular views of the Danube. Comfortable bed, good shower, etc. I wasn’t happy that they wouldn’t give me IHG rewards credit claiming that because I booked through Hotels.com I was ineligible. The Lebanese restaurant food was very good but when I asked for waiter for water he insisted there was only bottled water yet he brought 2 pitchers of water to the table next to me. "

"Rigtig godt ophold på dette hotel. Vi blev opgraderet og havde dermed et stort og rent værelse. Der var en god restaurant med lækker mad på hotellet. Derudover var det et fint poolområde når man tænker på, at hotellet ligger så centralt som det gør. Dog er der ikke så mange solsenge & den udendørs pool er mindre end først forventet. "

"Hotel con una gran ubicación, que permite ir caminando a los principales puntos de interés, y con vistas impresionantes desde nuestra habitación ( puente de las cadenas y catedral de San Sebastián). Nosotros tuvimos 2 pequeños inconvenientes: uno a la llegada, con un check-in excesivamente largo y con el restaurante Leo rooftop ( espacio entre mesas muy escaso y nuestra mesa sin vistas) . "A very nice hotel - it's old in style but it's very clean and comfortable. Reception was very helpful and polite when we had an enquiry. It's a perfect place to stay for a few nights (we stayed for three nights). We caught the bus from the airport and it dropped us one minute away from the hotel, and there are many transport links nearby. I would definitely stay there again."

"Quality hotel in a great location just metres from Metro Central and 200 metres from where the walking tours start. Fashion Street is at the door and the car free area with shops and restaurants only 10o metres away. Staff were very attentive and helpful."
