"Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The hotel is also in a prime location with easy walks to multiple locations, restaurants, parks, and activities.
Cons: The bed was rock hard, and felt like it had springs trying to poke out of it. It was comparable to sleeping on a carpeted floor. Breakfast was also very small and didn't have very many options.
Overall: I think this is a great place to stay, because if you traveled a long distance (USA) like we did, you won't be spending a ton of time in your room or eating at the hotel anyway. You will be out seeing the sites and eating the food and nearby restaurants, cafes, and food stalls. The staff were some of the friendliest people we met in Vietnam. Every time we walked in the door they greeted us with a smile and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and were always made up when we came back from our adventures."
