"Complimentary activities were great, such as the coffee making session (delivered by a top guy) an the craft session my wife and kids did. Moonba service was slow on the night we ate there, so opted for room service for the rest of our stay; which was excellent. The family enjoyed the pool, floating afternoon tea and canoeing. Breakfast was excellent as well."

"The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, clean, elegant, stylish. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The pool and grounds are extremely nice. The restaurant and bar have are elegant and have delicious food and wine. We didn't try the spa but it looks extremely nice as well. The hotel is right on the river, a short walk to the train station, a longer walk across the bridge to the imperial city. The bar and restaurant staff were perfect: courteous, helpful, kind, unobtrusive."

"GREAT location. For the price you cannot beat it, just excellent all around. I can’t speak to the other rooms but perhaps older guests might have trouble negotiating the bathtub. It’s very spacious and there’s room for a very tall person but it is raised up and getting in and out might be difficult. Otherwise great stay. Air conditioner blows cold."

"Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. "Very dated hotel. The door handle fell off and needed to be repaired. The pool was full of locals each afternoon participating in swimming lessons which took up most of the space in the pool and was very busy and chaotic."
