"Could not fault the staff: Always prepared to help: eg with transport bookings, directions, tours, breakfast choices. Everything was done with a smile. Special thanks to Kelly for organising our tours especially when we had difficulty trying to make decisions! Our room was comfortable (appreciated the balcony) but in need of a refresh, including ensuring all light switches are working. Breakfast choices and servings plentiful. Central location made it easy to access popular tourist sites. "

"Hong Thien 1 was excellent value for the very cheap price we paid. All the staff were very welcoming, especially Thuy who was on reception when we arrived, and gave us a drink of choice and fruit platter on arrival. We didn’t pre pay for breakfast, but ended up having it every morning, it was delicious and so much food.
