Nous avons eu un petit accident en scooter et ils ont été incroyablement gentils : ils nous ont aidés tout de suite et nous ont même prêté des béquilles. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité nous ont beaucoup touchés. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !"

"Property was falsely advertised. Most of the amenities advertised with the room where not in room including towels fridge utensil microwave dining area etc Management ignored all forms of communcation to rectify via myself and Expedia . Would not recommend this property. I am still waiting for a refund which Expedia is organsing as this was a terrible experience and introduction to Djerba and its people. property communucation"

"It is an historic property with its own quirks very close to the markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly came to our aid when needed. "

"Hotel breakfast was really basic. One pic of dry cake, pice of bread and coffee. Most of front desk persons do not speak English. Hotel location is close to beach, without access to ithe. Everything is far away and it is not easy to get taxi."

"I wanted to share my experience at this Djerba youth hostel, which unfortunately fell far short of our expectations during our 3-night stay: - Location: Ideally situated in Djerbahood but nearly inaccessible by car. - Condition: The facility is aging and lacks proper upkeep. - Unprofessional Service: A breakfast agreement for 8 am was broken with a last-minute change to 9 am. - Cleanliness Issues: Socks on the windowsill and a filthy, insect-infested kitchen made it unusable. - Misleading...
