"We liked the pool area and the acess to the beach, we had an issue with the toilet back flowing out and flooding in to our bed room, had to wait for the next day for maintenence to fix the issue after the manager was contacted since the first maintenence guy didnt do anything but clean up the mess and go. Other then that it was a great place, busy elevators and ya have to be quick because the doors shut fast. "

"Overall it was nice, good location, the music from ocean annies was very loud from the room at night which didn't bother us but if someone had a baby it would 100% affect the stay. The room/bathroom were not cleaned well. Seemed like someone just threw blankets on the beds, and trash away from the last stay so it looked "clean". Mold in the bathroom. Also we were on the 5th floor and there was no lock on our sliding glass door to the balcony. Again someone with a younger kid this would be enough...

"For the price point, people from all walks of life are able to come together and have an excellent beach vacation. Nothing overly fancy. But, everything worked. All 23, i think, pools, slides and lazy rivers were all working and packed full of folks enjoying themselves. Tons of activities."

"My stay was good. The rooms just need maintenance. Air vents had black mold, shower drain had an impure smell when the shower was being used. The Reflections restaurant had some very nasty, undone buffalo wings. Waterscapes restaurant has some of the best food at Myrtle. Overall good stay. Quiet, secluded, away from the noise. Secluded beach is a plus. I enjoyed every bit of it. "

"Good stay, maintenance woman was very nice and sweet! The front desk women very slow, had long line for check in process, property was clean, however room didn’t look like how it did online! Not the same rooms unfortunately, rooms are outdated However they were clean."
