"I had booked a villa online through Expedia. The reservation went through and they charged my card, so I assumed it was confirmed. The morning we were leaving for Guanaja I emailed them about providing us an airport shuttle. They claimed they did not have our reservation on record! Someone at the hotel made a mistake somewhere, and instead of accommodating us to another villa (which they said they had available at first, but then all of a sudden they were all "under maintenance") they said they...

"Very noisy... both inside and outside uncomfortable Parking and when people don't like the place they don't want to give you your money back... Terrible place, no peace, you can hear everything through the walls! It is not a family, peaceful place!"

"Very good location good grill restaurant but don’t expect amazing steaks they are 7/10. Didn’t try the seafood but looked good. Super friendly staff. Great coral reef for snorkeling 400m away. "
