"We had a few things wrong with our room at check in. They also asked for $16 more for a fee they said Expedia didn't pay. Our coffee pot was broken. Our safe was broken. "Staff were amazing! Rooms are quaint, small and simple. If you want 5 star this may not be a good option. The bar/restaurant is pretty cool. You can also walk to everything you need. Beds are comfy, shower has hot water, and again staff are top notch! The owners are wonderful and always helpimg staff and greeting guests. Amazing folks! The location is perfect. I will be back to Roatan and Splash Inn."
