"The staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a room with a view of the lake, that was really nice, especially to see the sunset reflected in the lake. We enjoyed the beer garden, it was particularly hot so the shade and cold drinks were welcome. A bit of a niggle that we had to pay for the car parking, but the breakfast was excellent."

"Der Center Park ist sehr familienfreundlich und es fehlte an nichts. Das Schwimmbad bietet viele verschiebende Möglichkeiten und auch der Spielplatz am Berg ist super! Das Personal an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und auch im Hausservice war sehr freundlich. Der Haustechniker, den wir wegen einer defekten Heizung rufen mussten, kam sehr zügig und hat das Problem gelöst. Einzig die Kommunikation vorab über die Expedia-Seite mit dem Vermieter (Center Park) lies zu wünschen übrig. Es wurde...

"Ich habe statt Basis-Zweibettzimmer ein anderes Zimmer bekommen - Schlafwagon-Vierbettenzimmer, nicht wie ich es gebucht habe. Im Bad/Toilette war die Tür kaputt und ging gar nicht zu. Es gab keinen Haartrockner und auch keine Seife. Statt Parkettboden, war im Zimmer Holzdielenboden. Das Fenster war schmutzig und die Spinnenweben hingen an den Wänden runter. Die Eingangstür knallte ganz laut bein rein- und rausgehen.Vor Ort war kein Personal da, es gab lediglich eine Notfallsnummer."
