"I had booked Aamod Dalhousie for 2 nights (19th - 20th Dec 2019) . As luck would have it, Dalhousie experienced heavy snowfall during that week and roads leading up to Aamod was closed to traffic as a safety measure. I was told that the only option of reaching Aamod was by walking on foot, in ankle deep slippery snow on an uphill terrain measuring 4 to 5 Km. "Worst hotel. Deceiving pictures. Crooks! Cheating on bills. Ripped floors. Bad mattresses. Dampness in room. "

"Nice view from hotel. Food and liquor is exorbitantly priced, even higher than 5 star hotels elsewhere in the country."

"Amazing location, top of the Dharamsala, Delicious food...Enjoyed a lot..."

"Property is very rundown in the halls. Carpet needs to be replaced. Bathtubs need to be replaced. The price they charged is what Marriott charges in the USA. This place at best is maybe 31/2 star. Staff is very friendly and courteous. "

"Hotel staff difficult to communicate with , food was average ( actually made us sick) , rooms weren't serviced even once during our 4 day stay . Generally the hotel did not match to what was potrayed in the website. Definitely not value for money. "

On top of that, their Wifi was not working, and when I mentioned to them, they could not care less. This was very annoying because I had to use my international roaming to browse which can get expensive. I've complained to Expedia and it was...

"Heavily overpriced as the hotel is not maintained. One of the pillars is tilted and the slab is slanting. The structure in dilapidated condition. The TV was not working till night. The bed is basic. Stray dogs in the compound. Food is average. Would not recommend."

"Likes - staff willing to serve, Dislike - bathroom not venting due to broken fan - sewage stench, permeating through the room, lack of hot water!"
