"Room was very clean and had plenty of room. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t work and it was a hot day. We overheard many guests complaining about it. Staff just kind took notes to pass on for the 2 days we were there and complained. They even moved us the first day, but it was the same problem. They don’t have windows that open, so we got stuck in a hot room for 2 night. Other than that the hotel has a perfect location and is very quiet. It’s across from a beautiful park and we just went for walks in the fresh air "

"The hotel is dated and clean but worn. Room cleaning is okay - clean towels and vacuuming each day - but nothing else. Front desk service is okay but not real friendly. Overall, it doesn’t match the rating given by the hotels.com website."
