"We had a long layover in Frankfurt and didn’t want to stray far from the airport as we were leaving early the next day. The hotel was nice but wouldn’t give me HH points as I booked through Expedia. Being that we were passing through in June it was hot and AC is a luxury only in the rooms. The other issue was the mang kindly lent us EU plug adapters for the night, we were worn out from traveling."

"Our stay at the hotel was great. It's very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle, which is very convenient. The only drawback during our stay was that the internet/wi-fi signal in our room was extremely weak (room 211), like barely no signal. We complained at the reception during the checkout the next day and they promised to send a technician to check. Also, it's not very easy to find where the shuttle stops - easiest way is to follow the P29 - Airport Clinical signs when you exit...

"The (older) receptionist was rude, it seemed she didn’t care about guests, later the youngest one was more helpful (sorry, I didn’t pay attention to the names), they didn’t have my room ready on time. The electric outlets are only for Europeans, they don’t have USB or C chargers anywhere or adaptors for other travelers but Europeans. The shuttle to the airport was on time. The hotel was really clean, the restaurant was not open and there is only one nearby."
