"The property was conveniently located near major routes off the highway. The office park location makes the property feel removed. The complimentary breakfast on-site was convenient as well. The property is aged, and rooms were not very clean. I requested fresh bedding since it did not appear that the sheets were replaced. The staff expressed that there was no housekeeping staff at the time but that they would leave the front desk to get the bedding. I ended up receiving bedding the following...

"The rooms need to be cleaned better killed 2 spiders and had a few other bugs pest control needs to come and clean that building and rooms so no more bugs"

"Our room was somewhat updated, but the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced. When our room was cleaned the garbage pails were not emptied."

"Beautiful view, Excellent Staff. Room was very clean with deck nearby to enjoy boats and views of the lake and landscape. Breakfast bar was hit accessible coffee all day. Will be back, strongly recommend! Plenty of privacy and met great guests! Thank you!"

"There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return ."

"The hotel is situated in a good location. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. My only complain is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. It is nice that they have it in the room but if the housekeeping doesn't clean your room you have to refill on the coffee or cups. Thank for the two bottles of water in the room."

"There was a large convention staying on the property and I couldn’t hear a sound from inside the room. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again! Everything was clean and bright, there was an iron, refrigerator, the pillows were sooo comfortable. I was able to park right outside the room, there were veni g machines and ice nearby. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but it sounded good—maybe next time!"

"Check in was easy and they accommodated my early check in. Room was clean although floors were sticky (likely humidity + build up of soap used in cleaning). Very quiet. A/C was nominal and shut off middle of night. I was able to turn back on. Beds & pillows very comfy. Overall very satisfied with this little motel."

"Room 1 needs to have the door handle/lock replaced. The key would spin around and around and you would have to catch it just right to unlock. The AC needs to be replaced also. The room was a good value for the price and within walking distance to everything in town."
