"Nice location to the airport with very nice garden vibes on the property. They gave us a 3 am ride to the airport to return - amazing! Grocery store across the street was great and they also have a cute kitty and nice little restaurant on site. They also gave us early check-in as we were an hour early."

"No pool, restaurant, or outside patio. WiFi did not work. Air conditioning did not work and we got very little sleep. Room was not sufficiently clean. Upsides: staff was friendly and airport shuttle was included."

"This was a lovely place to spend our first couple of nights in Costa Rica after a long flight. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfasts were great, as was our evening meal. The accommodation felt vibrant and Costa Rican, which we loved, but could do with a little updating. However, it was still a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoyed the coffee tour and would highly recommend it."

"Sure there were a lot of hot tubs but there quite a few that wasn’t working. It seemed like they were in the middle of doing maintenance/ repairs. Do not book the Chalet if you are looking for clean and comfort. The couches were stained, the stairs to the loft is narrow and the walk same walkway was terrifying. You need a wristband to enjoy the “attractions” and you have purchase the breakfast at the reception desk. "

"Outstanding stay! We came for the gardens, and they did not disappoint. They were beautiful and extremely well maintained. The gardeners were great and helped us locate some birds. We were equally impressed with the hotel. It is a lovely building with comfortable rooms. The restaurant is fantastic and the complimentary breakfast is wonderful. "The property is well kept up. The rooms are basic, showing their age but clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than expected - coffee or juice, small fruit plate, then a larger plate with plantains, peas and rice, scrambled eggs, and what tasted like a hot dog. Everything was fine for the price and proximity to the airport "

"We arrived late in the middle of the night. We were lost at first for where to go in the excellent parade, but then the attendant had our keys and parking spot ready, very easy and relaxing checking. Wonderful room, nice beds and furniture. Amazing."
