"Stayed 3 nights. Safe hotel, good parking with lots of staff around. Beautiful landscaping. Very good breakfast buffet. The housekeeper, Laura, was exceptional and room very comfortable and clean. Suggest using shower shoes as the shower was slippery. Short one block walk to upscale restaurants and grocery store and The Moose, a wonderful coffee shop with great food selection. "The Peace Lodge is a tranquil escape. There are not very many rooms, so the grounds are quiet. You get the opportunity to walk through the animal sanctuary on the grounds. The resort dog Rusty was very friendly and a welcome sight. The menus were on the expensive side and some more affordable options would be welcome, but the quality of the food was excellent."

"The location is beautiful, safe, and picturesque. Breakfast was delicious, with something slightly different each day, and it was delivered right to our chalet. I stayed for 4 nights with my two teenage kids, and they absolutely loved the cosy look and feel of the chalet.
