"Rooms very very clean, staff were so friendly and parking great. Hate to give anything for the Mountain Inn hotel but excellent reviews across the board but it could use little updating and a few amenities. We are still going to stay here every time we are in the area (even without the updates or amenities) because it was very clean, comfortable bed and the staff was friendly and amazing. "

"Check in has no staff. Since I booked with Hotels.com as a third party. Check in was not smooth. Had to make a phone call and get scolded for using the third party. Room was nice but had to carry the bags 100 yards from parking lot and down and back up 20 plus stairs. Skip the studio if you are old like me. We just wanted a place for the night. We did not take advantage of the views or amenities. Seems like more of a destination place and not people needing a place for a night."

"I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The front desk staff was very nice and quick, which I appreciated, but the room itself was not clean. The towels were stained and had visible dirt/marks on them that made me uncomfortable using them. The bed sheets and bed cover had hair, stains, and some holes. The room was very dusty, and there was old food residue under the desk. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing and made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and hope management improves their cleaning standards."
