"Due to an urgent change in plans, we had to cut our visit from 4 nights to 2 nights. They refused to refund the other 2 nights stays which under the circumstances was extremely disappointing and anti-customer. We will not be coming back to this hotel nor will we stay at any other Holiday Inn hotel in the future."
