"Would definitely recommend and if we go back to Lille will definitely stay there again. Great central location right on La Grand Place with a brilliant roof top bar overlooking it. Staff at reception and in the bar were lovely, super friendly and helpful. Honestly could not ask for better. Rooms were very perfect too. Did not have breakfast or food at the hotel so cannot comment."

"The property and surrounding area was very clean. We had all the utensils needed for cooking and cleaning. Staff were helpful and available when needed. The check in and information website was really helpful and gave us great ideas of things to do. The swimming pool was excellent. Very clean and fun for the kids. The only things to note, for young children one of the play areas is too damaged for use, and it would be useful is to note the required swimwear (i.e. Lycra only and no shorts)."

"We arrived after a 5.5 hr drive and dropped our stuff in the room and went for dinner with our 2 dogs … when we returned to our ‘accessible’ room we were very tired and it was late … upon investigation there were human blonde hairs on the sofa, someone’s scrunchie on the floor next to the bed, the accessible shower floor was dirty, the taps were dirty and there’s was no handwash next to the sink, which was also dirty along with the skirting boards next to the bed … I wasn’t even sure that the...

"Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard. There was half a curtain missing in the living room, which we'd been told was fixed when we came back in the evening, but it was still missing. In the end we managed to pull the outdoor...
