"The property needs a bit of an upgrade. If you are not too particular and you are there for pilgrimage this is an ok hotel. Close to the Basilica and shops."

"Advertised as had AC. The unit did not work if it did. Had to open the window to cool down room to sleep which was not a problem but traffic thru the street was enough to constantly disrupt sleep. "

"We have been blessed a room with beautiful view of the river & mountain. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly and we received much guidance on how to get around Lourdes from Front Desk, Ms Vanessa. Though the official breakfast time was 7am, hotel is very accomodating to start breakfast as early as 6.30am for guests who are required to depart early. Will definitely be back next year for our pilgrimage again."
