"The property is great overall. Definitely very clean throughout. Food: the buffet food options were fantastic, like multiple kinds and cooks of proteins ( like stews, fajitas, fresh grilled, soups for all types of meats every night...) made to order pastas, extreme variety of desserts, great tropical fruits, really nice vegetarian options... breaksfasts were similar , all types of eggs from made to order omelets to fritatas, sunny side up, with veggies, inside a tortilla... to quail eggs, great variety of breads and pastries...so basically buffet was great!! I have been to many all inclusives and this buffet was one of the best. There are also 3 alacarte restaurants, the italian was delicious, Mediterranean was just seafood so we couldnt tey as a whole family as we have one sea food allergy family member...french was all booked multiple days in advance.... one negative about food services was how long it took them to take the finished plates away. Most times we had multiple plates and cups piled on top of each other on the side which made it difficult for us to enjoy the rest of the food as the table was very crowded with stuff (very difficult because we have a baby who wants to grab everything he sees...) Drinks: 1 pool, 1 beach, 2 by the lobby/casino bars. Cocktails and other drinks were okay overall. Most people we saw were getting pina coladas, beers or coco loco -- not the top brand alcohols ( no baileys, not good margaritas etc...) but pool bar staff were great."

"The first 24 hours we were there, we were locked out of our room 4 times with one of those lasting an hour waiting on maintenance to come let us in. We tried to explain it had to be the battery in the lock but it wasn’t until the following day they agreed. There are no elevators. We were placed on the fourth floor despite having a baby in a stroller. You cannot have soda until after lunch so you can only have juice or coffee with breakfast. Bars open at 10. Lots of pushy vendors on the beach. Overall the stay was good for the money and sake of visiting a different area. "
