"Staff was very friendly when we checked in late at night and they were all prepared for us when we arrived. In the morning the free breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Bedroom was very clean and they put us on the floor we requested. Hotel is in the heart of all the activity and tourist spots are walkable."

"Hieno hotelli ja ystävällinen palvelu. Vastaanottovirkailijan englannin kielen taito ei ollut kovin laadukas. Huoneesta (grand room) puuttui aluksi ekstra sänky, mutta se toimitettiin illan aikana. Horizont maisema ravintola ja baari ylimmässä kerroksessa ovat upeat ka kannattaa käydä. Aamupala erittäin kattava ja maukas. Auto kannattaa pysäköidä kadun toisella puolella olevaan parkkiraloon josta hissi yhteys hotelliin."
