"Pool was empty, no linens in room. Front desk lady was very accommodating changed our room from 2nd floor to 1 st. Because my sister and I were older and couldn't do the stairs. We really appreciated that."

"We are usually not that picky but this was beyond gross. The first room was disgusting. Hairs in the bed, hairs in the shower, hair on the toilet and had a damp smell. We asked for a new room and the second room had mold on the shower curtain, mold on the vent cover, hair in the tub and on the toilet. The sink drain was clogged and didn’t have a pool view that we paid for and no refund was offered. We were not comfortable going back again so we slept and left as early as we could. Will never...
