"The property is stunning, beautiful. The beach is the most beautiful one I have ever seen. However food and drinks at this particular hotel are overpriced. Other properties located at the same beach had about $10 below for same drinks and same food. This hotel is definitely overpriced. Also worth noting, at Harbor island they include mandatory tip (18-20%), and a different kind of tax that is 10% on top of that, so the bill comes out much higher than expected. "Super Staff & great location in the center of things. This is our 3rd visit to the Rock House & we will be back again. The staff constantly asks if we need anything. Room is perfect with updated bath room, Cable tv with flat screen. Room is extremely quiet. Book way in advance or you may get wait listed. Paul in Stuart, FL"

"Valentine Resort was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Had a full kitchen which nice to have over the course of the week. Location was convenient. Also, the Rooster Tail Bar/Restaurant at the resort was very good. Large compliment to Tamara who provide excellent service. We loved the 4-6 pm happy hour and menu offered daily. Would definitely recommend staying at Valentine Resort."
