"Food was very good - room was clean and bed was comfortable! Lazy River was a plus even for us adults! Beer was cold and drinks were great! Room was always cold and cleaned each day which was good! Frig was restocked each day with 2 beers and soft drinks and water! Bathroom was small but nice and clean. They did want 40.00 to add lobster which we did not pay or eat. Go early for supper or just do the buffet which was delicious"

"Facilities-/ There were areas of peeling paint. Some of the furniture in the room looked a little abused. The blue mountain restaurant was great but the meal took quite a long time to arrive. The Asian restaurant was average. We didn’t participate in the Hibachi. The French restaurant was very good. Loved the entertainment. The foam party was a great hit. Loved the spa "

"My family and I loved our stay at Jewel Grande even though there were some things they need to improve. First, the staff were excellent. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. Our butlers Denton and Aston were wonderful. We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and Aston went out of his way to decorate our room and door. He also had the staff at the restaurant sing Happy Birthday to her and present her with a cake. They made sure we had transportation anywhere we wanted to go. They...

"Our room was clean. There are not elevators to the second floor but there is someone to help you get your items up to the room and the stairs were not hard to climb. The sfaff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great! Location right across from my favorite beach in Montego Bay, Doctors Cave beach, so the complementary entrance was a gift"
