"These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around. "The property represents real Jamaica, not the commercialization on Jamaica. Winston and Cassandra were very nice. 2 flaws were that the jacuzzi did not work and neither did the TV the had. But all in all it’s nice!!"

"The location is amazing and beautiful!!! The place is great the view is breath taking! I suggest you rent a car if you want to stay for it's far from places and it gets too hot to walk everywhere! The pool is amazing! This place gives you that my home away from home feel and it's a great getaway! "

"Where do I start. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom. It took two people to come out and figure it out. There were no towels left. The place smelled of paint and mildew.
