"Amazing property to relax. Well maintained and great staff. True 5 star resort."

"These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around. "The reservation manager is not in office but we'll have him call you back...

"The property represents real Jamaica, not the commercialization on Jamaica. Winston and Cassandra were very nice. 2 flaws were that the jacuzzi did not work and neither did the TV the had. But all in all it’s nice!!"

"We arrived late afternoon and were welcomed by generous hosts who were very accommodating. The house has 4 rooms, a seaside pool, and great snorkeling and swimming right on the property. The room was big, the water was hot, and the AC worked great. The area is a little hard to find via rental car but the property is secluded, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely stay again. "

"Where do I start. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom. It took two people to come out and figure it out. There were no towels left. The place smelled of paint and mildew. There were dead flies all of the ground, as if the place hadn’t been swept before we arrived. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom faucet kept coming off when I tried to turn the water on. Once it was time to leave we left the key at security where we were instructed to. Only to be called numerous times telling me I...

"Amazing property with an incredible staff. From the great Michelin rated restaurant, well maintained rooms and facility to the blue, clear water to the fantastic tennis pros this resort is a must see."

"Air conditioner was not working, shower head was broken so just dripping water, stand-up fan was not working, patio light was not working. Reported these issues to the property management on the first night but no results. We ended up leaving after the second night and had to book another stay somewhere else. Since it was last minute, it ended up costing us triple time. Property management refuse to give us a refund for the second night in which we were forced to stay uncomfortably."

"Great vacation"

"Totally enjoyed it! Would happily recommend if you’re heading to Negril for a vacation."
