"Good proximity to Brockenhurst and Lynhurst. Leisure facilities and gardens are very good and staff are helpful. However the hotel rooms needs updating and refurbishing. The restaurant food in the evening is very mediocre eg oven cooked fish and chips. The staff obliged us in changing rooms as above was a very noisy corridor or guest ?? however we were changed to an equally noisy room over kitchen by reception staff. For these reasons we would not return."

"Perfectly practical space! Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff! The elevator was small and busy so we often took the stairs. If that’s not an option for you that might be a bummer! Easy 10 minute walk into town. Seemed like easy access to Ubers as well."

"Staff are an embarrassment to the brand. Rude, poor tempered and no interest in hospitality. I received a parking find of £100 + £40 administration charge for every one of the 15 days I stayed there despite reporting it more than 4 times. Room cleaning is sporadic, I asked to change bed sheets and someone turned up to hand me sheets and told me I should change them myself. I’m disgusted at the service, I come back to UK two times a year and I’m embarrassed to say I’m from here. Will not...
