"Extremely disappointing experience. The place was dirty and poorly maintained, the furniture was broken, the toilet and AC did not work properly, and the amenities were in terrible condition. We also had a very upsetting privacy issue during our stay. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place."

"Property was beautiful and well maintained. Dockside restaurant and breakfast were delicious. Brought two young kids and they were entertained for several days with the beach, boat rentals, games on site."

"Unless you really need a place to stay in Haliburton, avoid this place. This 'resort and conference centre' appears to be abandon - the grounds are over-grown and looks like a post-apocalyptic film set.
When I booked the room through Expedia, the property sent me a note stating that the outdoor pool and the restaurant were closed, and the cable TV was down. They claimed 'they were busy working on restoring it.' I thought that meant the power went down briefly, not 'we haven't had those services...

"We stayed in the Dome and had a fantastic weekend.
The Dome is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Harsha our host went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant and special as possible.
The hotel is in a beautiful location near lots of nice restaurants and hiking trails. As a bonus lots of very tame deer like to walk around the hotel which is great for photo opportunities. We will definitely return here!"

"Accueil très chaleureux. Chambres spacieuses et correspondantes aux descriptions. Jardin superbe et coucher de soleil somptueux. On a eut la chance d’avoir un concert de Bill Black (très bonnes compositions). Bref un bon moment. La prochaine fois, on testera la cuisine ! Merci"
