"Auf den ersten Blick ein Luxuriöses Hotel beim genaueren betrachten leider das komplette Gegenteil. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, überall sind Schimmelflecken auf der Tapete zu finden bzw. ist diese an diversen Stellen bereits kaputt. Der Fußboden ist abgenutzt und in den Ecken ist Schimmel zu finden. Die Fenster am Gang wurden gefühlt seit monaten nicht mehr geputzt und auch die Abflüsse weißen Schimmelspuren auf. Im Zimmer ist ein modriger Geruch wahrzunehmen der ohne einschalten...

"Beautiful property on great stretch of Kabalana beach. It was really nice walking along the long stretch of beach and having a dip in the warm and clear water. The king size bedroom was big, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sun beds with a great view of the beach and also direct access. We enjoyed eating lunch at the pool area with some of the best king prawns we had, deep fried in panko breadcrumbs. Everything we had for lunch and breakfast was good...

"We had a wonderful time and the highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the infinity pool. The rooms were spacious with a super comfy bed and pillows. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were plentiful and tasty. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager was always available and so kind. All the bar staff were delightful. "Terrible hotel experience. Room was dirty on arrival. Asked for it to be cleaned again but was still dirty. Trash in the shower, dirty bed sheets and towels, hair in the toilet/sink/floor. Moved to a new room which was much cleaner. Lots of mosquitoes. Annoyingly few plug sockets. There was a dog barking outside all night and no sound proofing. I didn’t sleep a wink.
