"Expedia did not honor the contact with me. I had to pay cash for the days I spent at MALAIKA HOTEL. I paid you $ 470.00 for my hotel stay. You did not event tell me you had no business with the hotel. The hotel spoke negatively about your tactics with them: they told that you sent people there but you never honored the payments. Please, reimburse my full payment as you know you have not paid your invoices with them for years."

"The breakfast staff was OK--not overly friendly, but efficient. Most of the front desk staff was nice. Wow, the girl who did my check in and check out was unfriendly at all times.
