"We purchased items online and was sent to the concerige and did not accept the items twice even address and name are stated properly!!! Calling the reception at about 11pm no one answer the calls! Till we have to go down to the reception in person! WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAVE!!!!"

"Food was exceptional especially for breakfast, choices at the buffet was hard to beat and I’ve been all over the world. The lounge also was also fantastic as well, a must have upgrade if you’re staying at a Sofitel. This particular property, though nice is in need of facelift especially in the rooms and hallways. The staff was indeed helpful but it puzzles me why they wouldn’t emphasize languages for better communication it being a hotel that caters to foreigners. Jason the night manager was extremely helpful on my first night in as well."
