"The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive.
Overall good value for dollar.
Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!"

"This is such an amazing resort. Beautiful property and friendly staff. I’ve stayed in both the bungalows and the villas and they are both very nice. The natural sauna and hot springs are delightful. We love sitting on the patio area of the restaurant with a beautiful view. The restaurant staff is always very nice and attentive and the kindness of Diego and Mariana to remember my friend’s birthday and set a special table for our dinner was exceptional. This resort has all the activities on site....

"Un hotel que se esmera por hacerte sentir siempre una estrella , todos súper amables pero es increíble que entre tanta atención y buen servicio, el mesero del área del restaurante de cortes una excelentísima persona , la joya del lugar , le dije “ todos son muy buenos, pero de todos… tú eres el mejor” no me sé tu nombre amigo , pero que el hotel te dé la estrella al mejor empleado del mes , una belleza de persona , saludos de parte de mi esposa y míos"

"There isn’t much to not like about this resort. It’s great for families, going with friends or even a work retreat. The bungalows are spacious and modern. The lighting is rather dim though which is hard for us older people! There are plenty of food choices and the buffet had a lot to choose from. "Buffet was ok. I’ve never been to a resort with such a small variety. Air conditioner didn’t work in our room. Night Entertainment you could sit and read a book through it. Definitely resort not for people who like to dress up every night. Beach area was bad.
This resort was beautiful but not impressed at all with the amenities or food. If you like a quiet vacation this is the place."
