"The rooms were clean, bed comfy, rooms looked recently updated. The staff was 50/50. Some helpful and friendly, some irritable and useless. The only restaurant you could order from a menu was the steakhouse which was good. All the others were buffet style and basic resort food. The pool was nice, the property was well kept and the watersport team was amazing. You can get PADI certified there. "We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well."
