"We had the most amazing stay at the W. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I will say that the room was a little “lived in”. The leather was very worn on the sofa and there were stains on the throws. However, the property is beautiful, the staff was more than helpful, kind and accommodating and the food was fantastic. "Overpriced for What You Get The hotel is not particularly modern, and the balcony is not very cozy—there is nothing that really invites you to relax. One night, there was a wedding party that was extremely loud, which does not match the standards of a premium hotel. Overall, the balance between price and service is not satisfactory."

"Amazing property, wonderful staff…my only gripe would be that there isn’t an adults only pool. When getting away from kids, it would be nice to have an adults only area with no kids allowed. All in all though, we loved it. Room was great, food was amazing, and service was top notch. We’ll still be back…possibly just with our kids next time instead. "
