"The Oceanview Deluxe suite upstairs was a spacious room with dressing room, bathroom, kitchenette and a lovely balcony. It had an incredible view of the Tasman Sea which also overlooked rainforest. You can walk from your room to the restaurant as it has a walking tunnel which goes under the road. The sunsets at night were stunning. The bed was comfortable with ample bedding and pillows. Even in winter, the room was very warm with just one panel heater. We had to turn it off the second night as...

"Hello we book for 2 days, we knew we were staying in a basic room but were never told that it was packed with children rugby players waking us up at 5 am bouncing balls continually. Let alone the toilets trashed. We had to use. Our duvet on our bed had had a dog sleep on it and definitely not washed, Top 10 (NO WAY) Very expensive for pitifully looked after"

"Room was quite musty smelling. Carpet old and in need of a deep clean at least or replacing. The sofa also old and smelly. I wouldnt want to sit on it. Kitchen fixtures also old and inside them could do with a good clean and replacement or removal of liners. "
