"For a small hotel the staff, facilities and rooms have so much to offer. It’s not a mainstream hotel so the rooms are very Caribbean and traditional style but it adds so much to your experience. The exterior and proximity to the beach were misrepresented, and the advertised “sea view” was barely visible from the room, contrary to the listing description. The “daily continental breakfast” consisted only of a loaf of bread, jam, butter, milk, and a box of juice provided at check-in—not a fresh breakfast as claimed. "An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "
