"Very relaxing and quite resort. I solo traveled and enjoyed every moment of it! Beautiful room with a private pool and right by the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going to Princess Margaret beach. "

"The front desk is amazing and very helpful. However, the employees in the restaurant seem disinterested to work. They are always frowning, never attentive and pretty cold. This takes away from the positives of the hotel.
The hotel does not provide complimentary water too."

"Property was a bit run down, not worth the price for the room we got. Bright lights left on during the night was not able to sleep because curtains didn't block out the bright lights. Staff could have been friendlier, smell was very off putting...overall overpriced for what we got."

"Ants and mosquitoes took over the room; housekeeper entered my room with a key twice, once while I was present and once when I clearly put the do not disturb sign on the door; management never followed up with my last complaint; a waiter was extremely rude to me. All these experiences made for a horrible stay after paying all the money to get there and for the hotel. Very bad business."
