"I was surprised finding out that this hotel is also used by students long term, as it is really nice and well looked after! Unlike typical dorms! The staff there are absolutely amazing. Most of them I have contact with made me feel special and valued as a customer. A couple of them were especially nice, remembering me from previous days (I stayed there for 3 nights) and commented on our previous encounters. Food is delicious and affordable, so I didn't even think of eating outside of the hotel....

"Nice walkable location in regards to thriving retail areas and the river across the street made for a peaceful view. The shower was fantastic, the beds were comfy and the wi-fi worked well. It has a convenient bar/restaurant plus a helpful staff. Some furniture in the room were well worn, as were some of the carpets in the public areas. And to get to our room in the south tower you had to navigate a ridiculous route with multiple doors that needed to be unlocked with your room key. Overall...

"The staff were all very helpful. One of the towels in our room had a small stain on it when we arrived, but we just didn’t use it and there were plenty more. Otherwise everything was clean and the room was a good size. bed was comfy. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Convenient parking too."

"I gave this hotel a weak rating not because there was anything wrong with the hotel rather, It was my dining experience that was so horrible!!!! What the restaurant really needs is some competition with other dining options nearby. They are the only restaurant available which is apparent by the poor quality of food, high prices and really inefficient service. The servers were all very nice but they clearly need a lot more training. A very disappointing dining experience with a high price tag...
