"This hotel was perfect for a little getaway with the kids. Room was stunning and amenities provided were great - we especially loved the nice touch of a little gift for the kids on our beds when we arrived. The kids loved the pool. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We paid a little extra to include breakfast - it was a continental buffet with toast, cereal, juice, barista coffee included, and a small selection of fruits, pastries, meats and cheese. It was made even more pleasant by receiving an unexpected upgrade to which we were very grateful and appreciated. "Clean room, the bathroom has a broken soap dish, no complimentary water and bedroom slippers. I liked that have free wifi and tv in the room."

"The Novotel is very well situated. For a fairly new hotel I did find the room looked abit tired and the bathroom was not very clean, with hairs and grime. There was also building maintenance outside our room as they are expanding the hotel. Definitely not great if you are planning a sleep in or want to go out on your balcony as you have a bunch of Trades all staring at you. This would have been good to know at the time of booking. For the price and experience I would not stay here again."

"I had rang day before our arrival to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until after 6pm but before 7pm. It showed on website office hours were until 9pm. When I rang there was only an option to leave a message. No one returned my call. When we arrived at the property the reception was locked and in darkness. There were phone numbers on the door so I rang the number for the property and the manager answered, he seemed surprised no one was in reception to assist with check in but told me he...

"We stayed in a pet-friendly cabin. I don’t think the heater was working properly - we had it at the highest temperature but it did little to warm the small room, even after being on for hours, and we were very cold. The TV wasn’t watchable as the image was constantly flickering. Seemed an issue with the screen rather than reception - it was still the same problem when we mirrored off our own device. Decent enough place to stay with the dog for one night but bring your own viewing device and...

"The bathroom door did not close, the electric blanket was burnt out at the switch, the heating on 30 only took the chill off the room. The freezer completely frozen. One light in the bathroom was not working and the other making a shorting out sound. When I went to talk about this the office was closed at 10.00am on a Monday. Very disappointed. We have stayed here before and it was fantastic. Obviously new owners."
