"Location: Ideal location as it allows for easy parking and a short walk to lift. It's approx a 20min walk to the core area of St Moritz. Easy and beautiful walk along the lake trail. HOTEL: Classic style hotel with a great ambience. Had everything needed for a short or long stay. Easy parking and great breakfast. STAFF: Wonderful and helpful . ROOM: Nice and spacious room. I would certainly stay here again."

"I wish I cancelled and rebooked a different hotel. This one cost me more than what a four star hotel would have cost if I cancelled and rebooked. The hotel was old, and it’s ok to be old but also updates would be expected. I based a lot of my decisions to book hotels on the reviews and some of the reviews got this place wrong. The bed was hard a rock and pillows sucked and we had cows and their bells outside our window for most of the night. Like right there. The shower was about the only good...

"Good location in the middle of the Old Town. More functional than luxurious. However, you have everything you need and the location is great."

"There was an unusual smell coming from the washroom sink, and every time the sink is used, the water leaks through the floor. Addressed this concern with housekeeping. The curtains could also use an update, as they look worn out and appear dusty or as though they haven’t been washed regularly."

"Very nice hotel conveniently located next to a bus stop if you would like to take a quick ride to St. Moritz. We had a great room, very modern and clean. We tried the sauna, which was very nice after a cold day. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful."
