The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The owner was very helpful. You are not on the beach so you have to walk or drive and there are limited nearby options for dinner

Great small hotel close to the airport

A short overnight stop close the airport. The room was clean and comfy and the staff very helpful. Just meters from the beach at blue bay which was an unexpected delight.

Large room. Although there is a possibility of cooking food, the equipment is lacking. Planes take off right over the hotel so it is noisy but quiet at night

Perfect little find to study the night before a flight out of Mauritius. We arranged a late check in and someone was there to meet us. Great room, super clean and very big. They arranged breakfast very early as we had an early check in. Highly recommend

The staff were excellent couldn’t do enough for us. Close proximity to beach , breakfast ok but limited menu. Needed a car to access nearby shops and restaurants. More B&B than a hotel and situated on a flight path so noisy at times of flights.

Perfect

Stayed here with my husband for a couple of days. A very nice little place. Our room was spacious and overlooking the pool. Close to the beach with nice snorkeling. The staff was great and very helpful. Airport is close so a bit noisy at takeoff, but not that many in a day. Would definitely stay here again.

extremely nice and friendly owner & staff. wonderful atmosphere, beautiful place, nice to stay. Breakfast had a big variety and tastes delicious. its very close to the airport so dont be suprised that planes fly over pretty low. but its not very often (maybe 5 - 6 times a day). all in all a wonderful stay and 5* recommendation from us!

Beautiful small hotel

We had a lovely couple of days in Blue Bay staying here. Our flight was very early and we were able to check in early (7/8am) for a small fee (you can also leave luggage for free) which really helped us enjoy day one. The room was huge and comfortable with a small patio by the pool, and breakfast was available each morning. There is also a small rooftop bar open each evening. The beach is about a 1 min walk and you can snorkel/take boat trips over the reef from there.

The property is clean and well taken care of. The staff are excellent, readily being available to help with any concern. They set us up with multiple taxi rides, had an extra early breakfast for us, etc! The location is a 1 minute walk from Blue Bay; 15 ride from the airport.

Great breakfast and staff. Room is very comfortable, clean and updated. In a gated community. We arrived after dark and gate was locked. Called desk and they promply sent someone to open the gate. About a block walk to beautiful Blue Bay. Snorkled and swam in bay. Decks and patios overlook the well cared for pool.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel

We found and booked our stay at Le Clos des Bains very last minute after staying in Mauritius during Cyclone Belal, and wanted to extend our stay. This was such a great find! The staff are so attentive and helpful. The rooms are really well fitted and lots of little details thought of. Its so clise to walk down to Blue Bay too which is lovely to swim in and you may even see a turtle there! Absolutely would stay again.

Quick stay close to Airport.

We stayed one night after a long flight before driving to the other side of the Island the next day. The hotel suited its purpose as it was a quick drive from the airport, but would be hard to get to without a car. There is a large shopping center within a 10 min drive with food options open till about 8pm-10pm. Breakfast was good and they offered a freshly made egg option. There is a beautiful rooftop bar area with an amazing view of Blue Bay. Would be a lovely spot to read and lounge during the day. The room looks like the pictures. But the furnishings are a little tired and skirting is dusty. Overall, the hotel is good for a night or two but not much around for a longer stay.

The location is very close to Blue bay beach where the sea is azure blue and a beautiful horizon. The hotel room is well equipped and the kitchenette has everything you need for a light meal. The main issue is there is construction going on from 8am on both sides of the property with drilling, hammering and general noise of deliveries and shouting. This doesn’t create a very relaxing environment either by the pool or in your room. For sure when the construction is complete it will feel much quieter and peaceful.

Beautiful accommodation!

This was a last minute booking as my flight was delayed overnight. The property was newly built and very modern and stylish. I arrived earlier than expected and thankfully my room was already ready so I was able to have an earlier check-in. I was met by a very friendly and lovely lady who offered me a wet towel and a glass of lychee juice. She showed me around, took me up to the rooftop and gave me all the information that I needed. The room was just as the photos showed and I was very happy with it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding, oh my goodness, the linen was SO soft! The free breakfast is also fantastic. In addition to a selection of pastries, yogurts, cold meats, cheese and fresh fruits, there was the option of a cooked breakfast to order-eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage. The only problem I had was that both sinks had drainage issues and were blocked. I forgot to mention this to the reception but I’m sure that they would have sorted it out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn’t hesistate to stay there again.
