"This hotel is all about location. If you are in Strasbourg for the nice views and good food, it's hard to find anything better as it is in the middle of Petite France. The service of the rooms are done late in the afternoon which is unusual for a five star hotel. For some reason at check out they wanted to charge for breakfast altough it was already included. After me questioning and some searching in the computer the reception assistant found out they had it wrong and I wasn't charged."

"This is a brilliant hotel situated very close to Strasbourg's main train station. Incredibly quiet and a 5 star rating for value for money.. Room was spacious and spotless. Probably the best bed we have ever slept on? Large flat screen TV, great shower. Breakfast buffet was good with an excellent variety of food on offer. Free coffee and tea available all day. Staff were lovely, always helpful and friendly. The room does not have a mini fridge or coffee/tea making facilities but with free...

"Liked: room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist was very good and gave good advice about restaurants to eat locally. free carparking in a secure car park. Bar and restaurant facilities on site. Good breakfast included in the price. Dislike: a little difficult to find"

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are readily available and helpful. Three types of water are available at all times. It’s in the central area of town which is walkable to just about everything. The breakfast is not free but it has everything and more! "

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes...
